Mechanical Engineer - AEC

Mechanical Engineer with experience in the design of commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure. Proficient in Revit for developing coordinated construction documents, system layouts, and 3D models. Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams, performs load calculations, and supports projects through all phases of design and construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Experience designing mechanical systems for commercial buildings

• Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

• Understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and industry standards

• Ability to perform heating and cooling load calculations

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
