Mechanical Assembler
A well-established manufacturer located in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical parts using drawings and instructions
Make sure parts fit properly and meet quality standards
Inspect finished products for accuracy and performance
Work with engineers and team members to solve assembly issues
Record assembly steps and report any problems found
Attend training to learn about new products and processes
Follow all safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Mechanical assembly experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical parts
Able to read technical drawings and diagrams
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
Team player with problem-solving skills
Willing to rotate between stations and learn different assemblies
Enjoys hands-on work
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs during the shift
Able to stand for long periods
Able to bend, stretch, squat, and reach as needed
Able to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
Able to handle and assemble small parts
