Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and parts using work instructions, drawings, and basic production documentation
- Use hand and power tools for fitting, fastening, adjustment, and assembly work
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support production operations and help maintain efficient workflow
- Read and follow instructions carefully to complete assembly tasks correctly
- Report material, quality, or production issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with general production support as needed
Requirements
- Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow written instructions and basic drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable work history and strong teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly
- Familiarity with measuring tools and basic mechanical parts
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
