Job Title: MDM Reltio Lead

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect with expertise in Reltio to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade master data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Reltio’s cloud-native MDM platform and strong experience in data modeling, governance, integration, and architecture best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of MDM solutions using Reltio.
  • Define and design logical data models (LCAs), survivorship, match & merge rules,and relationship hierarchies.
  • Develop integration strategies using Reltio APIs, Kafka,and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into scalable architecture.
  • Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance standards are embedded into the MDM solution.
  • Drive best practices in data modeling, onboarding, cleansing, and golden record management.
  • Collaborate with ETL developers, data stewards, and other architects to support enterprise data initiatives.
  • Mentor junior MDM developers and provide architectural guidance to delivery teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in MDM architecture and implementation,with 5+ years in Reltio.
  • Strong knowledge of Reltio LCA,survivorship, match rules, workflows, and data governance principles.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and integration frameworks (e.g., REST APIs, Kafka, ETL tools).
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.
  • Familiarity with data modeling tools and standards (e.g., JSON, Graph, Relational).

 

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Reltio Certification (e.g., Reltio Certified Architect or Developer)
  • Experience in DataOps, DevOps, or CI/CD for data platforms
