Area Supervisor (District Manager) – McDonald’s.

With 14 locations across North Georgia, North Alabama, and the Greater Chattanooga area, we are seeking an experienced, full-time Area Supervisor (District Manager) to lead a group of high-performing restaurants.
You’ll be responsible for guiding multiple McDonald’s locations, developing your teams, setting goals, and driving operational excellence in your district.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 3–4 restaurants by modeling McDonald’s values and leadership behaviors.
- Drive consistent performance in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) across all dayparts.
- Ensure compliance with health department standards, McDonald’s ROIP benchmarks, and other key operational metrics.
- Coach and develop General Managers, fostering a positive culture of growth and accountability.
- Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
- Conduct monthly Operations Reviews for each restaurant and Cash/Security Audits.
- Conduct Performance Reviews with GMs every 6 months and ensure GMs do the same with their teams.
- Execute new product and equipment launches with precision and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Proven multi-unit supervision experience (with references).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned area.
- Open availability — must be responsive to the needs of your stores.
