*Responsibilities:*

- Spearhead the introduction of new products and manage all related supply chain dynamics.
- Act as the primary contact for customer logistics, ensuring portal management and requirement adherence.
- Ensure flawless delivery consistency, timely order scheduling, and precise shipment processes.
- Champion operational advancements via initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and SMED, enhancing overall productivity.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards in alignment with OSHA, cultivating a secure work environment.
- Strategically manage budgeting and resource allocation to maximize departmental efficiencies.
- Foster teamwork and mentor personnel, while collaborating with organizational stakeholders to achieve collective objectives.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in material management and production scheduling.
- Charge of leading material control teams and proficiency in SAP is essential.
- APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
- Proven track record in deploying MRP systems within production contexts.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience in automotive Tier-1, cold stamping, or coil steel logistics is advantageous.
