Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee material planning and scheduling to ensure timely availability for production.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance in conjunction with procurement.
• Direct warehousing operations, inbound logistics, and internal material flow.
• Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems for accurate material forecasting and control.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives related to materials and logistics processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for inventory control, demand planning, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, lean manufacturing, and inventory optimization techniques.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or SQL.
• Experience with global supply chain management and international logistics.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
