Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Materials Handler – Intermediate for their Gloucester, MA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for controlling and maintaining the accurate transfer of parts and materials in and out of stock room; verifies and maintains stores inventory and/or shortage reports; locates and expedites necessary materials
 
Requirements:
  • 75% Standing/walking and 25% sitting. Employee will need to be able to lift individual material and toted material from pallets onto tables and other pallets.
  • We have lift pallet jacks so there should be no daily strain to lifting, bending over.
  • Pallets of material will have to be moved with a pallet jack. Racks of material will have to be pushed to and from different work zones.
  • They will need to be proficient in computer skills and maintaining focus between multiple tools and audits. Parts will have to be audited per kit and tool for 100% accuracy.
