Onsite| $18.00 per hour | 1st Shift, 6 AM 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Open all daily returns for the processing of each.
- Document the receipt of customer returns with complete attention to details.
- Receive all customer returns within established timeline.
- Follow-up and follow-through (including problem resolution) must be complete and accomplished in a timely manner.
- Perform other task as requested by the Customer Returns Supervisor.
- Be able to fill in at any other position within Customer Returns.
- HS Diploma or GED
- SAP experience preferred
- Ability to follow direction
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team oriented
- Effective communication skills
- Dependable & Punctual
