Responsibilities:
- Show up on time for position
- Must be willing to work overtime as the business requires
- Swing Shift Warehouse operations 2:30pm-11pm
- Swing shift $19.50
- Minimum lifting requirement is 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift
- There are no sitting roles in Logistics, employees must be able to stand/walk through entire shift
- Swing shift warehouse only: must be willing to operate a forklift
- Must be able to pick up parts under a tight schedule with minimal errors
- Must be able to work with very heavy workloads
- All employees in Logistics are required to maintain warehouse cleanliness (sweeping, emptying trash, leave pick bins organized, following recycle streams)
- Logistics is the last step in providing our customers a clean product. Employees need to have high attention to detail and pride in work performed.
Swing shift: multi-faceted role. You may start in a picking process but move to Receiving or Shipping based on business needs. This is a small team on swing shift that supports and preps the next days workload for day shift.
