Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance demand and supply.
• Conduct capacity planning and analysis to ensure adequate resources for production.
• Collaborate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align production plans with business goals.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including safety stock and obsolescence, to meet targets.
• Analyze demand forecasts and customer orders to accurately integrate into the MPS.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of forecasting, demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent supply chain professional certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification.
