Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance production capacity with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor production performance against the MPS, identifying and resolving deviations.
• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust the MPS to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
• Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align production plans with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for demand planning, scheduling, and capacity management.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills to optimize complex production schedules and inventory levels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interface with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, lead times, and inventory control principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles to scheduling and production planning.
• Advanced experience with ERP/MRP system configuration or optimization.
