Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and publish the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to ensure schedule feasibility.
• Collaborate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics to align plans and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor and report on schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and key planning performance indicators.
• Identify and proactively resolve potential bottlenecks, material shortages, and scheduling conflicts.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to meet service levels and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in production planning and master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for demand planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production schedules and mitigate risks.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Proficiency with Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP modules
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for performance monitoring
• Project management experience or certification (PMP, CAPM)
