Master Scheduler

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of intricate scheduling frameworks across diverse fabrication and assembly projects. As the primary scheduling expert within the facility, you will design and direct the creation of comprehensive CPM models, ensure schedule fidelity, manage potential risks, and predict performance throughout all phases—from engineering to on-site deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Scheduling Management
• Guide and mentor a team of scheduling professionals
• Craft and uphold CPM-driven baseline timelines
• Manage consistent schedule updates, reporting narratives, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Impart training and uphold scheduling protocols and excellence

Project Implementation & Risk Mitigation
• Compare performance against baseline projections
• Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and formulate recovery strategies
• Construct schedules with integrated cost and resource data
• Perform thorough analysis of schedule gaps, risks, and audit reports
• Create hypothetical scenarios and acceleration procedures

Technical Proficiency
• Mastery in utilizing Primavera P6
• Employ tools such as Acumen Fuse and Change Inspector
• Seamlessly incorporate BIM/4D modeling alongside the VDC team
• Execute earned value methodologies and verify productivity metrics

Engagement with Stakeholders
• Communicate scheduling insights with leadership and clientele
• Act as the problem solver for project schedule disputes
• Aid in business growth efforts via strategic scheduling input and contract terms

Qualifications
• Over 8 years of specialized scheduling proficiency
• Extensive CPM knowledge within fabrication, assembly, or complex project environments
• Proven track record in leading scheduling teams
• Expertise in risk analysis and integrated cost/resource scheduling
• Demonstrated ability to uphold schedules under challenging circumstances
• Preferred degrees in Engineering or Construction Management
• Desired scheduling certifications (PSP, PMI-SP, ACE)
