Pay Rate
$16.00 + per hour, depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Four-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts (5:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Candidates must be available to work weekends

Masker/ Surface Prep Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting/coating, mask and tape specific areas of metal parts according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and proper surface preparation prior to masking.
- Follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress or issues.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including packaging and general support tasks.
Masker/ Surface Prep Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with masking materials in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
