ROLE OVERVIEW

The MarTech Strategy Consultant is the dedicated subject matter expert for digital data strategy and Adobe Analytics, reporting directly to the MarTech Strategy & Activation Lead. This role is responsible for the end-to-end setup, governance, and reporting of tracking within the Adobe Experience Cloud leveraging the Adobe Analytics platform and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ensuring the platform provides the insights needed to drive conversion and measurable growth on a new custom built AEM web platform.

You will be the primary 'hands-on keyboard' analytics partner for Product and Marketing teams, translating strategic goals into measurable data architectures and actionable insights.

Required Experience:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

DATA IMPLEMENTATION & ANALYSIS

  • Design and manage the end-to-end analytics layer (Adobe Analytics & CJA) implementation and documentation across inbound landing pages.
  • Configure and maintain report suites, processing rules, and calculated metrics within Adobe Analytics to ensure data integrity.
  • Work in close partnership with the Engineering teams to ensure accurate and complete data collection across the new AEM web platform using Adobe Client Data Layer.
  • Proactively analyze data to identify customer journey friction points and opportunities for optimization, sharing actionable insights.

PLATFORM HEALTH & GOVERNANCE

  • Act as the technical expert for Adobe Analytics, ensuring proper implementation of tracking, data layer variables, and seamless integration points with Adobe Target and AEP.
  • Adhere to and enforce platform governance standards around variable usage, data quality, and comprehensive tracking documentation.

REPORTING & JOURNEY INSIGHTS

  • Work in close partnership with the Product, UX/UI Design, and Engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking requirements for new digital features.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead to set up dashboards and automated reports, interpret customer journey data, and derive actionable insights from digital behavior.

WHAT YOU BRING

PLATFORM EXPERTISE & DATA FLUENCY

  • 3+ years of professional digital analytics or optimization experience, with a dedicated focus (2+ years) on hands-on implementation and analysis within Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture/SiteCatalyst).
  • Proven, experienced proficiency in all facets of Adobe Analytics, including report suite configuration, Workspace reporting, and deep understanding of variables (eVars, props) and events.
  • Strong working knowledge of data layers and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) necessary for implementing and debugging tracking.
  • Familiarity with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly integration with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments, and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $110,000 to $140,000 annualized and other competitive benefits.
