What You Will Do

As the Marketing Web Developer, you will own the success of our GTM digital experiences, with full responsibility for the performance, evolution, and integrity of our web presence. This role sits at the center of how we bring our brand, products, and storytelling to life online and how we convert that experience into measurable business results.

 

You will operate as the primary driver of our website, taking initiatives from concept through execution and optimization. This includes building, testing, launching, and continuously improving web experiences that support our broader marketing strategy. You are equally comfortable thinking like a developer, a marketer, and a product owner—balancing design execution with performance, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.

 

Working within our modern development environment (HubSpot), you will take a hands-on approach to shaping and refining the user experience, ensuring every page and interaction is intentional, performant, and aligned to business goals. You bring a strong point of view on what “good” looks like and take initiative to raise the bar.

 

In partnership with the Manager, Email & Digital Marketing, you will help define and execute a comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy focused on driving qualified traffic and optimizing conversion across the funnel. An analytical mindset, a bias toward experimentation, and a commitment to continuous improvement are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Your Day-to-Day Essential Duties

  • Design, build, maintain, and optimize web pages, user interfaces and interactive digital experiences ensuring ConstructConnect brand standards and web development best practices.
  • Guide your team with an experiment-first mindset. Push your team to continuously test and learn, while reporting test results to all relevant parties so learning team learnings become learnings for the entire organization.
  • Work with SEO Specialist to develop and execute on SEO strategies to increase organic search growth, visibility and drive high quality traffic to ConstructConnect’s web properties.
  • Manage and implement PPC strategies, including keyword research and A/B testing, to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Analyze user behavior and web performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving landing and we page conversion rates.
  • Work closely with and manage communications between web development team and other stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure web initiatives support broader company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to monitor and analyze sales funnel performance, ensuring alignment between web strategies and lead opportunity creation and conversion goals.
  • Manage relationships with web development vendors and manage projects on which vendors are being used.
  • Quality Assurance (QA), bug reporting, tracking, and testing across the Company’s digital marketing channels (internal and external).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, web development technologies, SEO techniques, and digital marketing innovations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Use various APIs and programming languages to pull in dynamic web content.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for consistency and to reduce redundancies.
  • Lead continuous efforts to provide accessible web experiences for people with disabilities that are compliant with federal and other regulations.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure web site(s) can adapt quickly and easily in response to continuous changes in web content, applications, and priorities.
  • Contribute to management of web hosting and DNS records.

Qualifications:

What You Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years’ experience in front-end web development with strong hand coding experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 3+ years’ experience building web experiences inside Hubspot CMS.
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B tech stacks that include connecting Hubspot to CRM systems (Salesforce), customer and user experience management systems (Pendo) and data lakes/repositories (GCP).
  • This role is front-end development focused with heavy emphasis on HUBL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript (React, Vue, Svelte, Astro, etc.).
  • Experience with website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, PostHog).
  • Experience with A/B tests and content targeting/personalization.
  • Experience managing and updating a portfolio of websites with frequent updates with attention to detail with a strong eye for design layout with web/mobile UI/UX.
  • Proven expertise in accountability enforcement, results-driven contribution, and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in driving results and making sound business decisions.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. 
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile processes and workflow a bonus.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

  • The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.  
  • Team members who live within commuting distance to our Atlanta office are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 
  • All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
