  • About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and creative marketing leader to join our team.
  • In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our go-to-market plans, building compelling presentations, and collaborating across departments to drive our growth initiatives.
  • This position is ideal for someone with foundational experience in marketing or business strategy whos ready to grow in their skill set.
  • The leader selected will be working on new products that span both business and consumer customers and products that are brand new innovations created here at Telecommunication.
  • Flexibility is a must as product opportunities can be shelved or accelerated at a moments notice.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Presentations:
Create visually engaging and persuasive presentations for internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders using PowerPoint and Figma
Translate complex ideas and data into clear, impactful visuals and key messaging.

Go-To-Market Strategy Development:
Contribute to the development and refinement of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and campaigns.
Using our customer research and segmentation work, build out marketing strategies that will accelerate product growth
Experience in guerrilla marketing and start up style marketing techniques is a plus

Plan Execution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help execute marketing plans, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support the coordination of launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to GTM initiatives.
Prepare post-launch debriefs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to team discussions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, business strategy, consulting, or a related area.
Strong proficiency in executive presentations and storytelling
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Preferred:
Experience with market research and data analysis.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels.
