Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports Teledyne OEM’s marketing initiatives across reporting, analytics, content development, marketing operations, and event management. This role requires a versatile, detail-oriented marketer who can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality campaigns and impactful brand experiences in a B2B technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
• Set up, operate, and provide guidance on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting
• Set up, operate, and provide guidance on SEMrush for SEO and competitive insights
• Set up, operate, and provide guidance on SEMrush for SEO and competitive insights
Content Development
• Video: Assist with storyboard development and provide editing support
• Presentations: Create and enhance PowerPoint graphics
• Writing: Draft newsletter articles and copy edit thought leadership content
• Design: Develop trade show and event materials (graphics, posters, banner stands, demo wallpapers, invitations)
• Web: Update and maintain website content
• Social Media: Support content creation and posting across platforms
• Presentations: Create and enhance PowerPoint graphics
• Writing: Draft newsletter articles and copy edit thought leadership content
• Design: Develop trade show and event materials (graphics, posters, banner stands, demo wallpapers, invitations)
• Web: Update and maintain website content
• Social Media: Support content creation and posting across platforms
Marketing Operations
• Provide project management and campaign coordination support
• Assist with Marketo for email marketing and automation
• Assist with Marketo for email marketing and automation
Event Support
• Assist with Tier 2 and Tier 3 trade shows
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies and logistics
• Support room block management and event coordination
• Provide onsite support for meetings and trade shows as needed

Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate GA4 and SEMrush data into actionable insights
• Creative design sense with ability to produce engaging multi-format content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Marketo, web CMS platforms, and social media tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Creative design sense with ability to produce engaging multi-format content

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors
• Proficiency with GA4, SEMrush, and Marketo
• Strong writing, copy-editing, and graphic design skills
• Experience with social media platforms and web content management systems
• Ability to travel for event support (approximately 5%)
