Marketing Specialist Team Lead. Chandler. Responsible for marketing strategy and execution for all joint ventures, from initial planning through launch, and ongoing support, ensuring consistent alignment with partner goals and branding. Coordinate and execute marketing events, overseeing logistics, promotion and follow up. Conduct regular marketing audits and work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all campaigns, materials, and messaging meet regulatory and company standards. Serve as marketing primary point of contact for our external agency, managing website updates, email campaigns, and graphic design projects. Oversee content creation, including landing pages, social media, flyers, and video assets tailored to joint venture partners. Maintain and analyze marketing and team performance data to guide strategy and improve results. Manage CRM implementation and updates to improve workflow and campaign automation.
