We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Sales professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the insurance industry.Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, answering inquiries and providing necessary information.- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, organizing client files, and preparing documents.- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth sales operations, including scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining contact databases.- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to update them on policy changes, address their concerns, and provide general support.- Policy Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance policies and offerings to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Requirements
Insurance License (Property & Casualty insurance OR Life) is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and self-motivated.
