Position Overview
The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating marketing projects that align with company strategic goals. This position demands strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to project development and implementation.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management preferred.
- Experience within the beauty or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
