• Guide eligible individuals through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Deliver accurate, customer-focused explanations of telecom services and benefits
• Identify individual needs and match customers with appropriate wireless solutions
• Maintain compliance with program guidelines and documentation standards
• Track daily activity and performance metrics in a fast-paced and collaborative Marketing Operations Assistant team setting
