Job Title: Marketing Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC-Hybrid

Salary Range: $34-$39

Introduction

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events. It focuses on operational delivery, partner coordination, and asset fulfillment to ensure high-quality experiences aligned with sponsorship objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media), or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations.
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with event management or ticketing systems (e.g., TMS, Cvent, or similar tools) preferred.
• Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorship management or coordination.
• Knowledge of budget tracking and expense processing.
• Experience in client relationship management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the sponsorship portfolio.
• Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for sponsorship-related events and hospitality programs, including required travel.
• Track hospitality budgets and process expenses in accordance with established guidelines to support efficient use of resources.
• Serve as a point of contact for Line of Business partners, Sponsorship Managers, and external sponsorship entities on assigned programs.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day issues related to hospitality fulfillment and event execution.
• Upload, track, and manage sponsorship ticket assets in TMS.
• Coordinate with the Ticket Management team.
