What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As the Marketing Manager, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Sales, Marketing & Business Development
Drive Census Growth: Identify and develop new referral sources within hospital systems, physician offices, and the community to meet budgeted volume goals.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the process from initial inquiry to program admission, ensuring a seamless handoff between navigation and intake coordinators.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan based on competitive analysis and community needs assessments.
Account Strategy: Create customized account plans to maximize client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights.
Community Engagement: Represent Redstone @ Home at networking events, trade shows, and community education seminars.
- Leadership & Brand Management
Team Leadership: Provide effective supervision, maintain active communication with staff, and uphold Redstone's core values and professional standards.
Brand Stewardship: Monitor and manage the Redstone @ Home brand, ensuring all external communications align with our mission.
Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for power partners and external clients.
- Quality, Compliance & Operations
Regulatory Oversight: Stay current on Medicare/Medicaid funding and government regulations regarding home health and hospice.
Data Management: Utilize CRM and healthcare technology to plan, track, and document all marketing and referral activities.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate referral activity with Internal Nurse Navigators and SNF Navigators.
On-Call & Coverage: Participate in an on-call rotation and provide referral management support during the absence of Account Executives.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- Associate's degree in business, marketing, or nursing.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
