As a Marketing Growth Representative, you will introduce customers to AT&T’s latest devices, combining effective sales execution with relationship-building to drive brand growth. This role focuses on engaging customers, promoting products, and creating lasting, positive experiences that strengthen customer loyalty. By blending strategic sales and exceptional service, you’ll help expand AT&T’s presence while delivering meaningful interactions at every touchpoint.
Every Marketing Growth Representative is expected to:
- Interact directly with customers to present and sell AT&T wireless phones and plans
- Demonstrate mobile devices and guide customers through purchasing decisions
- Maintain a strong customer-facing presence focused on wireless sales success
- Drive customer acquisition while supporting long-term client retention
- Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and encourage loyalty
- Achieve and exceed campaign performance targets consistently
- Gather customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness
- Work with Marketing Growth Representative teammates to expand territory growth and campaign reach
