Yummy-Town USA LLC seeks a full-time Marketing Director to work at its office in Duarte, California. Candidate must have at least a master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, with 60 months of work experience as a Brand Director or Marketing Director.

Candidate duties will include: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with corporate objectives, consumer insights, and profitability goals.
  • Evaluate financial aspects of marketing and product initiatives, including budgeting, expenditures, ROI analysis, and profit-loss projections.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and product positioning to optimize customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
  • Supervise marketing staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and coordination of day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to refine design, packaging, and go-to-market strategy based on brand goals and market trends.
  • Utilize sales forecasting and market trend analysis to support strategic planning and long-term business growth.

Candidate must have 12 months of work experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; 36 months of experience in brand management and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies; 36 months of work experience in leading product innovation or launching new brand initiatives; 36 months of work experience in supporting store growth and coordinating marketing for new market expansion.


Candidate is required to travel to perform job duties. The travel details include: 

  • Domestic travel to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, and Hawaii, 5–7 times per year to oversee store operations and coordinate with service providers, with each trip lasting 3-5 days.
  • International travel to Taiwan and China 2-3 times a year to attend board meetings, investor conferences, and product development workshops, with each trip lasting 7-14 days.

Salary: $221,520-$350,000/year
