Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including graphic design, social media management, sales support, customer service, and website administration. Additionally, basic experience in photography and video editing will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:
    • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional content through Adobe software or equivalent online programs.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
    • Create engaging content for various platforms and analyze performance metrics.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and presentations.
    • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events to support sales initiatives.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer concerns and provide excellent service to maintain positive relationships.
  5. Website Administration:
    • Manage and update product listings on the eCommerce website.
    • Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for an enhanced user experience.
  6. Photography and Video Editing:
    • Capture high-quality product images for marketing purposes.
    • Edit videos to create compelling visual content for online platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and website administration.
  • Basic proficiency in photography and video editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
