Marketing & Communications Specialist

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance services organization for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join their team onsite in Concord Township (eastern suburb of Cleveland), OH. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. role supporting ongoing brand, member, and partner marketing initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning day-to-day marketing execution and balancing creative work with organization, coordination, and follow-through.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing email campaigns and ongoing member communications
• Coordinating webinars, including scheduling, setup, and vendor support
• Creating and maintaining brochures, catalogs, flyers, and digital materials
• Overseeing company content on LinkedIn and Facebook in alignment with brand standards
• Supporting website updates and partner marketing initiatives
• Planning and executing member meetings, events, and virtual programs

What our client is looking for:

• Hands-on marketing experience or relevant education/training
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfort working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and design tools
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, detail-driven, collaborative working style

Preferred background:

• Marketing or communications degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, or B2B environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Zoho Marketing, Canva, or Heyzine
