- We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and optimize marketing technology solutions that enable data-driven customer engagement across global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading marketing automation platforms and a strong understanding of marketing operations, customer journey orchestration, data integration, and compliance. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and commerce teams to build scalable marketing automation solutions that improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology Automation: Develop, configure, and deploy marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and integrations using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, and Adobe Campaign.
- Solution Design: Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital marketing strategies.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Design and optimize end-to-end sales, marketing, and commerce customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer experience.
- Integration & Data Enablement: Integrate marketing automation platforms with core enterprise systems such as Customer Data Platform, Customer Relationship Management systems, CMS, and analytics platforms using APIs, ETL pipelines, and data platform tools.
- Privacy & Compliance: Implement and maintain privacy, consent, and preference management frameworks aligned with global regulatory requirements and data governance standards.
- Performance Measurement & Analytics: Deploy analytics, telemetry, and AI-driven measurement tools to monitor campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and website performance indicators such as core web vitals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, commerce, and IT to design solutions that support global marketing initiatives and regional business requirements.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on marketing automation platforms, campaign best practices, and optimization strategies.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, or Adobe Campaign.
- Strong experience in designing and optimizing sales, marketing, and commerce customer journeys.
- Solid understanding of data management, marketing analytics, and reporting tools.
- Experience with API integrations, ETL processes, and marketing data platforms.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations, consent management, and global compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience supporting global deployments and working with cross-regional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
