Marketing and Graphics Coordinator (Seasonal)

The Marketing and Graphics Coordinator’s main responsibility is to provide design services, project management within all departments of the association. We are looking for a detailed-orientated and creative professional that has the drive to learn in a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of multi-tasking. To be successful in this role you will need a passion for brainstorming from ideation stage through completion. We are looking for a strong, initiative-taking independent worker with a team mindset who is enthusiastic and dedicated to their work. Responsibilities:
- Create print and digital marketing collateral which include but not limited to, program brochures, Annual Reports, ads/sponsorship materials for Affiliate Partnership Program, and special events materials.
- Develop and execute focused marketing campaigns for existing and emerging educational or networking events, as well as other services.
- Maintain and update web content, website videos, photography of events and projects as assigned.
- Work different association events during and after normal business hours, as needed.
- Incorporate and monitor google analytics, open/click rates and other tracking figures as needed.
- Collaborate and support all departments, as assigned by manager.
- Responsible for completing assigned projects in a timely manner along with meeting deadlines.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively to all parties involved in each project.
- Must be positive, assertive, and energetic; possess good people skills.
- Work and collaborate within the communication department to develop marketing materials to engage our members & consumers.
- Excellent graphic skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Audition, Lightroom, and video software such as Adobe Premiere, Descript, and similar platforms.
- Experience in Podcasts/editing, a plus.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office; web development (HTML coding).
- Organized and demonstrated strong attention to detail, effectively prioritized multiple tasks and established responsible deadlines & personal work plans.
- Independent initiative-taker with ability to work as a team member.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a relevant field(s) with excellent writing, design, communications, and organizing skills. Microsoft Office literacy is a must. Please submit your resume complete with a cover letter.
