  • Track macro, regulatory, and secular trends impacting target industries

Investment Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

  • Support sourcing efforts through data-driven market intelligence and target identification

  • Analyze business models, revenue drivers, unit economics, and competitive positioning

  • Screen potential investment opportunities for strategic and market fit

Analytical & Financial Support

  • Build high-level financial analyses to contextualize market opportunities and company performance

  • Analyze KPIs, growth drivers, margin structures, and scalability considerations

  • Support valuation analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions

Due Diligence & Investment Committee Support

  • Provide market and competitive analysis during diligence processes

  • Synthesize findings into clear insights, risks, and opportunity assessments

  • Prepare market sections of investment memos and presentation materials

  • Communicate data-backed perspectives to senior investment professionals

Ongoing Intelligence & Portfolio Support

  • Monitor industry performance and competitive developments relevant to portfolio companies

  • Support portfolio teams with market insights, benchmarking, and strategic analysis

  • Contribute to research supporting add-on acquisitions and exit positioning
