At Elite Direct Management Inc., we believe clear communication is the foundation of every successful sales partnership. Our Pomona-based marketing firm is hiring a Market Development Representative to represent Frontier, including fiber-optic internet and premium TV plans. The Market Development Representative assists in identifying high-potential territories, providing the support residents need to make informed sales decisions.

As a Market Development Representative, you’ll show connectivity excellence through specialized training in fiber-optic TV solution implementation. The Market Development Representative training builds sales proficiency in the discovery process and local market analysis, equipping them for tailored in-home consultations that highlight Frontier's symmetrical gigabit speeds and premium TV services.

Role Requirements for a Market Development Representative

  • Execute Frontier Fiber and TV enrollments flawlessly, ensuring compliance and contributing to revenue growth in the Pomona territory.
  • Develop consultative sales skills under senior guidance, learning to assess household bandwidth demands and recommend streaming‑ready TV packages.
  • Support regional sales strategies, participating in team briefings, identifying underserved neighborhoods, and driving quota achievement.
  • Assist in the front‑end of the sales cycle, conducting professional outreach to residents and explaining fiber‑optic reliability versus copper limitations.
  • Address technical and service questions effectively, providing clear solutions on Frontier TV hardware and streaming integrations to secure customer commitments.
  • Document market intelligence in sales platforms, collaborating with leadership to refine business development tactics for fiber and TV expansion

What You’ll Gain as a Market Development Representative

  • Learn consultative techniques to match the right services and boost sales.
  • Maintain organized records to support smooth activations and ongoing sales.
  • Balance technical guidance with persuasive sales communication.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity questions while maintaining sales momentum.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Market Development Representative

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer experience roles, with emphasis on performance targets and consultative engagement in residential connectivity.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, simplifying fiber‑optic and TV technology into clear benefits for households while fostering customer loyalty.
  • Highly disciplined and proactive, able to manage territory operations, meet acquisition quotas, and achieve retention goals.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales benchmarks by leveraging Frontier’s training and promotional cycles, ensuring consistent growth in fiber and TV adoption.
