Manufacturing Yard Planning and Inventory Manager

In this role, you will oversee the strategic flow and storage of materials, focusing on optimizing yard operations for steel coils, plates, and pipes. You'll ensure seamless integration of inventory management processes to support production and dispatch schedules. Key responsibilities include designing effective yard layouts, coordinating material movements to minimize handling, and guaranteeing accurate inventory tracking through state-of-the-art ERP and WMS systems. Partnering daily with production and logistics teams, you'll drive efficiency and safety within the yard, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. Your role will also encompass leading continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of zero-incident safety, and managing a dedicated team to achieve high standards of yard and inventory management.
