- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably supervising teams during night shifts.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and facilitate clear information flow across departments.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Flexibility to work overnight hours consistently while maintaining high energy levels throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with manufacturing software or systems used for tracking production metrics is preferred.
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the third shift, ensuring production targets are met with precision and quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for everyone.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal production flow.
- Review production data and reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across the shift.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviations immediately.
- Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to coordinate activities, share updates, and resolve issues swiftly.
