Direct Hire Opportunity | Client Location: Naples, FL

We are actively hiring to join a growing team in Naples, FL. This is a direct hire position with immediate openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Pay Range:$23.70 – $28.50/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary

As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, refining, and inspecting metal and composite components using various manual and automated techniques. You’ll manage chemical processing, deburring, blasting, and more to ensure parts meet quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deburring: Remove sharp edges from parts using hand tools.
  • Refining: Blend and finish metal/plastic surfaces with handheld pneumatic tools.
  • Sandblasting: Apply bead and glass media to texture surfaces.
  • Chemical Processing: Operate robotic cleaning systems; monitor chemical concentrations using titration methods.
  • Process Operations:
    • Prepare metal/composite products for processing.
    • Execute standard and complex chemical treatments.
    • Work with Engineering to develop or improve processes.
    • Perform minor process tasks such as passivation, cleaning, pickling, alodining, tumbling, etc.
    • Inspect parts visually and ensure quality standards are met.
    • Handle equipment and waste (including hazardous waste) responsibly.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in painting, cleaning, or manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in multiple operations and able to meet quality and production goals.
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and verbal/written instructions.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to perform basic-to-intermediate math calculations.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • English proficiency (reading and writing).

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for close inspection tasks.
  • Regular attendance and professional conduct required.
