Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Operations Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management
- Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a team and directly manage engineering, shop, and purchasing staff
- Oversee daily administrative, engineering, and manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production
- Coordinate plant activities to meet production goals in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Provide leadership, performance evaluations, and support for employee development
- Collaborate with procurement to manage supplier relationships and optimize supply chain efficiency
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% paid health insurance for single coverage, coverage of deductible for singles, FSA match dollar-for-dollar up to $1,000, 401(k) match, scholarship fund for dependents, one week vacation after one year plus one week sick time.
