The Impact You’ll Make

• Own the operation of diverse manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, consistent, high-quality output.
• Observe performance trends, verify measurements, and adjust machine parameters to stay within spec.
• Perform routine care and troubleshooting to prevent and resolve equipment issues.
• Capture accurate production data and escalate any deviations quickly to leadership.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily targets and on-time delivery.
• Model safety by following procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Help elevate the team by training new operators on equipment use and safety standards.

Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in machine operation is advantageous.
• Prior experience running production machinery or equivalent industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, diagrams, and machine manuals.
• Detail-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when required.
