Job Description
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills/Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality inspection
• Working knowledge of inspection tools, measurement equipment, and quality systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Basic understanding of inspection routines and manufacturing procedures
• Strong attention to detail with effective communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, aerospace, etc.)
• Familiarity with ISO standards or FDA regulations
• Knowledge of electrical testing procedures and inspection techniques
Job Duties:
• Perform incoming inspection of manufacturing components and assemblies
• Conduct dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies and final systems
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, wire cards, and related documentation to approve or reject components and assemblies
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams
• Follow well-defined procedures and guidelines to carry out inspection tasks
• Support quality assurance and manufacturing teams by identifying non-conforming materials or processes
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
