Job Details
The Production Helper is responsible in meeting production schedules while maintaining quality and process standards for completed work.
Hours: 1st shift 6am-330pm
Hours: 2nd shift 2pm-1030pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:
- Prepare and handle parts for processing according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Inspect equipment, fixtures, and work areas to help prevent contamination and maintain process integrity.
- Assist with finishing, cleaning, deburring, polishing, and packaging of parts as required.
- Support basic chemical handling and monitoring tasks under supervision.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
- Provide support to other production departments as needed.
- Follow safety procedures, identify potential risks, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual: Spanish preferred
