The role has an hourly rate to the individual of approximately $30-$40 per hour depending on experience level. The position will be entry level with our process engineering team in one of our busiest areas, so we need an early career technical person looking to gain hands on experience with potential for long term support depending on how our business evolves in 2026.
You will assists the Process Engineers in achieving or exceeding predicted process and product development, capabilities, yields, OEE and continuous improvement projects. Maintains specific equipment and tracks processes (takes ownership). Measures & Defines predicted process capability, yield and OEE. Maintains and tracks process yields using SPC and six sigma Lean practices.
Verify product yield is within process capabilities. Maintains process metrics for products Creates necessary process documentation. Generates run files and run sheets. Controls process configurations as directed. Maintains any required process change control. Performs in process review of production and MRB. Ensures preventative maintenance schedules are followed. Assists Process Development Engineer and Product engineers with assigned tasks under manufacturing guidance. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; and ERP software. Ability to read and interpret technical journals
