Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Develop strategies that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen production flow.
  • Oversee the design and optimization of tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Partner with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage capital projects, including equipment selection and implementation.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Support troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action activities.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years of leadership responsibility.
  • Strong technical background in composites, metal fabrication, machining, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment.
