Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and production readiness.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, production) to resolve technical challenges.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design, tooling, and fixture development
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP) or PLM (e.g., Teamcenter) systems
- Experience with advanced robotics, automation, or vision systems integration
- Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing technologies
