Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new product introductions
- Analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues in a timely manner
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing process development and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools such as CAD, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
