We are seeking a dynamic and talented Manufacturing Machining Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about engineering, process improvement, and product development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role will also involve working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products, taking into account feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
2. Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase throughput.
3. Utilize CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, for mold and fixture design.
4. Operate and program CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and output.
5. Implement and manage quality control procedures to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
6. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Process Improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity.
7. Work on product development, from initial concept to final production.
8. Use Six Sigma methodologies and Root Cause Analysis to solve complex manufacturing problems.
9. Collaborate with the design team on 3D modeling and machine design.
10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives in the production and quality control process.
11. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on machining.
3. Expertise in mold design, fixture design, CNC Machine Operation, and Quality Control.
4. Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
5. Solid understanding of Manufacturing Processes, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Improvement.
6. Experience with Product Development and Engineering Design.
7. Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and Root Cause Analysis.
8. Familiarity with 3D Modeling and Machine Design.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
11. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
12. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
