- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop routings and implement lean manufacturing, best-in-class machining, and efficient tools.
- Establish equipment maintenance processes.
- Troubleshoot systematically, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
- Maintain documentation (e.g., Composer assemblies, instructions, routings).
- Plan floor space rearrangements.
- Research new technologies to enhance production.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD, SolidWorks, Composer, DraftSight; ERP experience (e.g., INFOR, SAP) preferred.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
