Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design for manufacturability and assembly.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including process development, optimization, and validation.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC programming in a production setting.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions for production issues.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with PLC programming, robotics, or industrial automation
- Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Mastercam)
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for production data analysis
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
