Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production through the design of test fixtures, continuous process improvement, and technical expertise in gas control systems. This role partners closely with production, quality, and design engineering to improve safety, efficiency, and product reliability while supporting new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Proven experience designing test fixtures and production tooling.
- Hands-on experience with gas control systems (e.g., gas regulators, valves, pressure control, flow systems).
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Experience with CAD software for fixture and tooling design.
- Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and basic statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
