Job Highlights:

• Pay: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Houston, TX
• Hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities:

• Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing manufacturing data for process improvements
• Support automation and infrastructure projects with documentation and layout inputs
• Participate in validation and testing of new processes and equipment
• Track and document project progress, results, and issues
• Maintain engineering documentation including drawings, checklists, and reports
• Coordinate with engineering leadership to ensure timelines and project goals are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data handling
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop-floor environment
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accurate documentation
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work in an industrial setting as needed
