Manufacturing Electrician Supervisor

This role involves directing and supporting a group of dedicated electricians, ensuring that their work aligns with efficiency, safety, and budgetary goals. You will drive team performance through your technical know-how and effective leadership skills, while also managing compliance with plant protocols concerning quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying repetitive issues on the production line, responding to daily operational challenges, and performing routine safety and hygiene audits. You are expected to be self-sufficient yet collaborative, interfacing with external partners like contractors and suppliers when necessary. A solid understanding of circuit technologies and proficiency with electronic systems and software is essential. The role requires owning tools, though specialized equipment will be provided as needed by the company. Standard hours are 11am-7pm, with some flexibility required.
